Having studied architecture and worked in educational design prior to medical school, Ravi was exposed to the impact of conscientious design on health, and his interests focus on expanding the use of design in addressing medical and public health challenges. Ravi is a co-founder of Design+Health, a collaboration between the Alpert Medical School and the Rhode Island School of Design that serves as an incubator for innovative design solutions to improve individual and community health.
