Jamie Ladge is the Patrick F. & Helen C. Walsh Research Professor of Management and Organizational Development at Northeastern University. Her research interests are the intersection of identity, careers, and work-life integration in organizations, as well as stigmatized social identities and gender and diversity issues. Jamie is currently the Program Chair of the Careers Division of the Academy of Management. She is also a founding member of the Work-Family Researchers Network. Her research appears in academic publications such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Vocational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She has been a faculty affiliate of the Boston College Center for Work and Family for the past 10 years and is a frequent speaker on the topic of gender and diversity in organizations and work-life integration. Jamie's research has been widely cited in popular news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, CNN Money, and Businessweek. She has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Studies from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and a B.S. from Babson College.
