Jongsung Kim

Jongsung Kim is a Professor of Economics at Bryant University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University with specialization in labor economics. He taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Loyola College in Maryland and Johns Hopkins University (Washington, D.C. program). His research interests include various issues in the labor market, such as gender/race inequality and poverty and the impact of immigration on the U.S. economy. He is the author of the book Labor Supply and Occupational Structure of Asian Immigrants in the U.S. Labor Market from Garland Publishing Company. Most recently, his research with Edinaldo Tebaldi of Bryant University "Is Income Growth in the United States Pro-Poor? A State Level Analysis" was published in the Eastern Economic Journal.
